Privacy Policy

This document is written in plain language and in good faith, but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes accurately what the system does today. If anything here is unclear — write to us and we will fix it.
  1. What we collect. Your name, email address, year of birth, gender (optional), the details of the searches you create, and the content of messages you send in the chat once a connection has been made.
  2. Why. Solely in order to make the match possible and to notify you about it.
  3. What we do not do today. We do not sell information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send messages to people who have not registered. If any of this changes — we will update it here. We do not scan social networks.
  4. When details are revealed. Only once both sides have approved the match. Until then neither side sees the other’s details, and no one knows that you searched for them.
  5. Information about another person. If you entered the name of a third person (for example the person you both know, in a family search) — it is kept only in our systems and is not shown to any user.
  6. Account deletion — immediate and irreversible. There is no waiting period and no “restore within 30 days”. Deleted: your name, your email, your date of birth and your gender; every search you created; every match that has not yet become a connection; and your ability to log in. There is no way back.
  7. What remains after deletion — and why. If a connection was already made with someone and you talked, that conversation stays with them — without your name. They have already read what you wrote, and we do not delete a connection that already happened.
  8. Your rights. You can view and correct your details at any time from your profile, and delete everything with one click. Depending on where you live, local data protection law may give you further rights of access, correction and erasure.
  9. Security and storage. The data is stored with a secure cloud service (Supabase), with row-level permissions — so that each user can reach only their own information.
  10. Age. The service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16.
